By accessing or using THOR Storm Mapper, including its web application, data visualizations, alert systems, property report generation, storm track playback, hail swath rendering, and all associated features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
THOR Storm Mapper is a subscription-based severe weather intelligence platform that aggregates, processes, and visualizes publicly available meteorological data from NOAA and the Storm Prediction Center (SPC). The Platform provides real-time and historical severe weather event mapping, geographic impact zone density analysis at the state, county, and ZIP code level, storm track visualization, outbreak detection and grouping, hail swath corridor rendering from NEXRAD SWDI data, timeline-based event playback, proximity-based weather alerts with push notifications, property storm history report generation, wind verification against HRRR model and ASOS station data, and CSV/KML data export. Access requires an active paid subscription or active free trial.

Account creation is open to any user who completes the registration form with a valid username, password, and email address. No access code is required. Access to THOR Storm Mapper requires an active paid subscription. Two subscription tiers are available: $34.00 USD per month (billed monthly) or $188.00 USD per year (billed annually, equivalent to $15.67/month). New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial upon account creation, after which the applicable fee is charged automatically. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Access is revoked if payment is declined, the subscription is canceled, or the free trial expires without a valid payment method on file.
All subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused time, or cancellations after a billing cycle has begun. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which your access will be revoked. The 14-day free trial provides a full evaluation period before any charge is incurred.
You agree to use THOR Storm Mapper only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, interfere with its operation, use automated tools or scripts to scrape, bulk-download, or mirror data, share your account credentials with others, or impersonate any person or entity. Subscription access is personal and non-transferable.
THOR Storm Mapper is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Owner does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that weather data will be accurate, complete, or current. NOAA/SPC source data may contain errors, delays, or omissions. Wind verification data from HRRR model output and ASOS station observations is provided for informational reference only and does not constitute a professional meteorological assessment. THOR Storm Mapper is an informational tool only and must not be used as the sole basis for any emergency, safety, insurance, legal, or business-critical decision.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andrzej W Chudzinski shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to reliance on weather data, property report outputs, or wind verification results. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid by you in the preceding twelve months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Indiana, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
The Owner reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address on file.
